These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the allbet platform, including all casino, sportsbook, poker, and slot products available at allbet.vu.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the allbet platform available at allbet.vu (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and allbet (the "Operator", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior arrangements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. allbet reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. To be eligible to register and maintain an account on allbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
allbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by allbet may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and any deposited funds returned to the payment source.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) allbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. allbet uses technical and procedural controls to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, allbet reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any bonus funds credited across those accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your allbet account and must update this information promptly if it changes. allbet is not responsible for losses, delays, or failures arising from inaccurate account information. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your allbet login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. allbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify allbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
allbet is required by its international gaming authority licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation requirements include a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport for Malaysian players) and may extend to proof of address and payment method ownership. KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of document submission in standard cases.

Transactions must be initiated from accounts registered in your own name — third-party payment on behalf of another person is prohibited.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. allbet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. All bets and wagers placed on the allbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or poker — in addition to this Agreement. Game-specific rules are published within each product section of the Platform.
allbet reserves the right to void any bet or wager that: (a) was placed as a result of a manifest error in odds or game display; (b) is connected to fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or collusion; (c) was placed by a User who was ineligible to bet at the time of placement; or (d) otherwise violates the specific rules applicable to that product. Where a bet is voided, the stake amount is returned to the User's wallet.
allbet's systems maintain a complete record of all transactions and bet placements. In the event of a dispute, allbet's server records shall be the authoritative reference. Technical malfunctions that affect the integrity of a game round will result in that round being voided and stakes returned.
Bonuses and promotional offers made available on the allbet Platform are subject to specific terms published in the promotion materials. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. allbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been obtained through abuse of promotional terms, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus, staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or misrepresentation during registration.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the allbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All intellectual property rights in the allbet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, trade names, and content — are and remain the exclusive property of allbet or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in allbet's intellectual property beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any element of the allbet Platform without prior written consent from allbet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, allbet and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, delays, data errors, or network disruptions.
allbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your allbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause limits allbet's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by allbet's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
allbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if: (a) allbet reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement; (b) allbet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) your account activity suggests problem gambling behaviour; or (d) allbet determines that continued account operation presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon account closure for breach, allbet may withhold funds pending investigation. Funds confirmed as legitimately deposited (and not derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent conduct) will be returned to the verified payment source following conclusion of any investigation. You may request account closure at any time by contacting allbet's support team.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which allbet's operating licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to allbet's internal dispute resolution process. You must submit any dispute to allbet's support team in writing before initiating any external proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through allbet's internal process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under allbet's gaming authority licence. allbet's licence conditions include a binding arbitration requirement for unresolved player disputes.
allbet reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace this Agreement at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, allbet will endeavour to notify registered Users via their registered email address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If you do not accept any revision to this Agreement, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the revision.
